GRANT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION/SEABOARD INDUSTRIES PETROLEUM PROCESSING FACILITY
This commercial sector project included the demolition, decommissioning, and industrial cleanup of the petroleum manufacturing facility. During the project, Trinity Industrial Services removed 55 above and below-ground storage and processing tanks as well as ancillary pumping and mixing facilities. Our implemented recycling program reduced the cost to our client by $350,000 from $430,000 to $80,000. The project was completed within the allocated 90-day schedule.
