Tom Frost is the founding member of Trinity Industrial Services which began in July of 2008. As a Service Disabled Veteran from the United States Air Force, Tom has quickly built Trinity Industrial Services to be a unique provider of large-scale government and commercial demolition, facilities decommissioning, environmental site remediation and abatement services.

Prior to running Trinity Industrial Services, Tom was a Business Development and Project Manager for Trinity’s affiliate company, Atlanta Demolition. He was responsible for managing several multimillion-dollar projects in the commercial, industrial, and government sectors. Tom also had responsibilities for business development, operations improvements, and assisting Atlanta Demolition in Government bids and contracts.

Preceding demolition and abatement, Tom gained extensive experience in operations, management and quality improvement in the automotive industry. He had a fiscal responsibility of a 15 million dollar annual budget in six collision centers. This experience, as well as in quality and operational improvements, has served him well in transitioning to a business owner himself.

The beginning of Tom’s career began in the United States Air Force where he was a non-commissioned officer. Tom worked his way up to become a master inspector and technician on military aircraft and jet engines.

Tom is married with four boys and enjoys volunteering in youth sports and in his church.
