Commercial, Industrial & Government Demolition Across Georgia & the Southeast
Trinity Industrial Services performs complete, interior, and selective demolition across commercial, industrial, government, and military projects throughout Georgia and the southeastern United States. We aren't a residential demo crew — our work spans large-scale structure removal, industrial equipment dismantling, and full facilities decommissioning for clients who operate in regulated, high-accountability environments where compliance failures carry real consequences.
Demolition Capabilities
Our scope covers the full range of commercial and industrial demolition work that general contractors, facility owners, and government contracting officers need executed correctly the first time.
Complete Structure Removal
Full building demolition for commercial, industrial, and government facilities. We handle multi-story structures, warehouses, manufacturing plants, institutional buildings, and military installations. Projects range from single-building removals to multi-structure campus demolitions requiring phased execution around active operations.
Interior and Selective Demolition
Targeted removal of interior systems, walls, floors, ceilings, and mechanical components while maintaining structural integrity of the surrounding building. This work is common in renovation preparation, tenant buildouts, and adaptive reuse projects where preserving the shell while gutting the interior requires precision and planning.
Industrial Equipment and Structure Dismantling
Removal and dismantling of boilers, tanks, conveyors, processing lines, heavy machinery, and structural steel in active or decommissioned industrial facilities. We plan and execute dismantling sequences that account for structural dependencies, hazardous material presence, and site access constraints.
Facilities Decommissioning
End-of-life facility shutdown including utilities disconnection, hazardous material identification and coordination, equipment removal, and structure demolition. This is a specific scope that military installations, manufacturing plants, and government-owned buildings require when a facility reaches the end of its service life and the site needs to be returned to a buildable or transferable condition.
How We
Execute a Project
Every demolition project we take on follows a controlled process designed to keep the schedule tight, the site compliant, and the client informed at every stage.
Site Assessment and Environmental Pre-Analysis
Before any equipment arrives, we evaluate the structure and coordinate hazardous material surveys. For regulated sites — particularly government and industrial facilities built before 1980 — this step identifies asbestos, lead-based paint, PCBs, or other materials that require abatement before demolition can legally proceed. Skipping this step creates liability. We don't skip it.
Permitting Coordination
We manage local, state, and federal permit requirements so the project doesn't stall waiting on paperwork. Our experience with government and military projects means we understand the documentation and approval workflows that drive project timelines, and we build them into the schedule from the start.
OSHA-Compliant Execution
Demolition proceeds under a site-specific safety plan meeting OSHA standards and any additional federal or military-specific requirements. Our crews operate our own specialized equipment — hydraulic excavators, shears, processors, and material handlers — which gives us direct control over scheduling and equipment availability.
Debris Hauling and LEED-Certified Recycling
Material leaves the site in our own roll-off trucks. Concrete, metals, and reusable aggregates are processed at our 30-acre recycling facility. We document diversion rates for LEED compliance when the project requires it, and we can design recycling plans that meet green building certification thresholds.
Post-Demolition Site Cleanup and Erosion Control
Grading, seeding, silt fencing, tree protection, and inlet protection. We coordinate with local watershed management and arborist requirements to leave the site construction-ready and in full compliance with stormwater and sediment control regulations.
Why General Contractors and Project Managers Choose TIS
TIS manages demolition and environmental scope under a single contract. One point of accountability from environmental pre-analysis through site closeout — no coordination gaps between your demo contractor, abatement contractor, hauler, and erosion control crew. We own our equipment, operate our own recycling facility, and self-perform the work with our own crews.
Our team has direct experience on government and military base projects where the compliance bar is highest and the documentation requirements are most demanding. We understand the clearance requirements, chain-of-custody expectations, and reporting cadences that federal work requires.
